An Envoy Embraer ERJ-145, registration N615AE performing flight MQ-3332/AA-3332 from Miami,FL to Columbus,OH (USA), climbing through FL300 out of Miami when the crew stopped the climb and decided to return to Miami due to a bleed air issue causing the aircraft's anti-ice systems to fail. The aircraft landed safely back in Miami about 75 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 105 minutes, then departed again and reached Columbus with a delay of 130 minutes.
