The aircraft continued service and completed a number of flights until Jul 29th 2020, when it was discovered, that the aircraft had not been completely treated to return to service after long term storage.
Rosaviatsia reported the aircraft had been in long term storage from May 3rd 2020 to Jul 15th 2020. On Jul 15th 2020 works were performed by a maintenance contractor to return the aircraft to service, which subsequently flew from Jul 15th to Jul 29th 2020. While performing maintenance on Jul 29th 2020 silica gel packages were found under the cowls of both engines, several valves still had red tapes attached.
