A UTAir Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration VQ-BLH performing flight UT-121 from Khanty-Mansiyisk to Uraj (Russia) with 25 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing out of Khanty-Mansiyisk when the crew could not retract the landing gear and needed to return to Khanty-Mansiysisk for a safe landing about 15 minutes after departure.

Ural's Investigation Department of Transport is looking into the occurrence.
