A Smartwings Boeing 737-800 on behalf of Air Transat, registration OK-TVY performing flight TS-2527 from El Catey (Dominican Republic) to Montreal,QC (Canada) with 178 passengers and 6 crew, departed El Catey's runway 07 when the crew felt moderate vibrations just as the aircraft accelerated through V1. The crew continued takeoff. During climb out the crew requested a runway inspection which revealed tyre debris on the runway. As all indications in the cockpit were normal the crew decided to continued to Montreal, on approach to Montreal the crew declared emergency. The aircraft landed on Montreal's runway 24R, the crew again felt vibrations during roll out, stopped on the runway for an inspection by emergency services and subsequently taxied to the apron.

The Canadian TSB reported a wheel was replaced.

On Apr 23rd 2020 Czechia's UZPLN reported the inspection after landing revealed one of the right main tyres was deflated, following inspection the aircraft taxied to the apron.
