An Allegiant Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration N905NV performing flight G4-580 from Las Vegas,NV to Bellingham,WA (USA), was climbing out of Las Vegas' runway 25R cleared to climb FL190 when the crew requested to level off at 14000 feet due to a flaps indication problem and advised they would probably return to the airfield. The crew worked the relevant checklists, burned off fuel and returned to Las Vegas for a safe landing on runway 25R at a rather normal speed about 55 minutes after departure and taxied to the apron.

A replacement Boeing 757-200 registration N902NV reached Bellingham with a delay of 2.5 hours.
