An Air Transat Airbus A321-200N, registration C-GOIF performing positioning flight TS-377 from Liberia (Costa Rica) to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 6 crew, was climbing through 14,000 feet out of Liberia when the flight crew received indication, the right overwing exit was unsecured. Cabin crew reported an aural alarm had gone off in the cabin, a large panel had fallen off the right hand overwing exit and there were hissing sounds. The flight crew declared PAN PAN and returned the aircraft to Liberia for a safe landing.
