A Wind Rose Embraer ERJ-145, registration UR-DNF performing flight 7W-101 from Kiev to Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine), was climbing out of Kiev when the crew received a "BLD 2 LEAK" EICAS message. The crew stopped the climb at 9000 feet and continued towards Dnepropetrovsk while working the related checklists. The checklists required and resuled in the shutdown of the right hand engine (Ae3007), the crew did not declare emergency. The aircraft landed on single engine at Dnepropetrovsk.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported the occurrence on Nov 22nd 2019 and rated the occurrence an incident.
