A United Boeing 737-800, registration N27239 performing flight UA-293 from Denver,CO to Orlando,FL (USA), was climbing out of Denver's runway 08 when the crew stopped the climb at about 11,000 feet due to the outboard left hand engine's (CFM56) cowl opening. The aircraft returned to Denver for a safe landing on runway 16R about 30 minutes after departure.
