An Air France Airbus A321-200, registration F-GTAZ performing flight AF-1000 from Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) to Madrid,SP (Spain) with 135 passengers and 7 crew, was climbing through FL320 out of Paris when the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL100 due to indications they had lost cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to Bordeaux for a safe landing on runway 23 about 35 minutes later.

The airline reported the crew received indication of loss of cabin pressure, the indication however turned out to be false.

A replacement A320-200 registration F-HEPE reached Madrid with a delay of 5:45 hours.
