A LOT Polish Airlines Boeing 737-400, registration SP-LLF performing flight LO-225 from Warsaw (Poland) to Vienna (Austria) with 101 people on board, was climbing out of Warsaw's runway 15 when the crew stopped the climb at 3000 feet due to a problem with the flaps. The crew decided to return to Warsaw for a safe landing on runway 15 about 20 minutes after departure.
