A Ryanair Boeing 737-800, registration EI-EPC performing flight FR-3104 from Dublin (Ireland) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 157 people on board, was on final approach to Amsterdam's runway 06 when the crew declared Mayday reporting a main wheel well fire indication. The aircraft continued for a safe landing, attending emergency services reported seeing no fire or smoke visible.

The wheel well fire indication was identified false. The aircraft remained on the ground in Amsterdam for about 7 hours, then departed for the return flight FR-3105 and reached Dublin with a delay of 6:15 hours.
