An Asiana Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration HL7772 performing flight OZ-8703 from Seoul Gimpo to Gwangju (South Korea) with 111 people on board, performed a normal approach and landed on Gwangju's runway 04R, however, the nose gear rotated by 90 degrees causing the tyres and part of the nose wheels to be ground down until the aircraft came to a stop on the runway. The aircraft was disabled on the runway.
