A UTAir Canadair CRJ-200, registration VQ-BGV performing flight UT-717 from Moscow Vnukovo (Russia) to Tallinn (Estonia) with 23 passengers and 4 crew, touched down hard at 22:15L (19:15Z) while landing in Tallinn.

Rosaviatsia reported on Oct 10th that according to the flight data recorder the aircraft experienced a vertical acceleration of +3.54G. An examination is underway to assess the damage, the aircraft has been removed from service.
