Easyjet A320 at Tel Aviv on Nov 6th 2018, rejected takeoff due to lack of takeoff clearance

Israeli media reported that a corporate jet was on approach to crossing runway 12, the takeoff without clearance created the danger of a collision.
Israel's AIAI opened an investigation into the occurrence.
The aircraft departed about 15 minutes later and reached Nice with a delay of about 10 minutes.
