A Swiss International Airlines Bombardier C-Series CS-300, registration HB-JCQ performing flight LX-354 from Geneva (Switzerland) to London Heathrow,EN (UK) with 120 people on board, was climbing out of Geneva's runway 04 through FL380 out of Geneva when the crew decided to return to Geneva due to a bird strike. The aircraft landed safely back on Geneva's runway 04 about one hour after departure.

The rotation LX-354/LX-355 was cancelled.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 4 hours later.
