An Allegiant Airbus A320-200, registration N260NV performing flight G4-1633 from Cleveland,OH to Punto Gorda,FL (USA), departed Cleveland's runway 24R when a bird impacted the aircraft. In the absence of abnormal indications the crew continued the flight to Punta Gorda for a safe landing about 2:15 hours after departure.

The FAA reported the aircraft received unknown damage when it received a bird strike on departure from Cleveland.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Punta Gorda about 64 hours after landing.
