A Hop! Embraer ERJ-170 on behalf of Air France, registration F-HBXH performing flight AF-7740 from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Toulon (France) with 22 passengers, was on approach to Toulon when the crew declared PAN PAN due to a leak in the #2 hydraulic system. The aircraft continued for a safe landing in Toulon and needed to be towed off the runway.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Toulon about 13.5 hours after landing.

The return flight AF-7741 was cancelled.
