A LOT Polish Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration SP-EQH performing flight LO-3850 from Wroclaw to Warsaw (Poland) with 70 people on board, was climbing out of Wroclaw when the crew detected problems with the landing gear. The aircraft continued to Warsaw where the crew managed to lower and lock the gear using alternate gear extension. The aircraft landed safely on Warsaw's runway 33 about 55 minutes after departure from Wroclaw.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 10 hours after landing.
