A Porter Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-FLQY performing flight PD-203 from Toronto City,ON to Ottawa,ON (Canada), was on final approach to Ottawa's runway 07 when the left hand propeller (engine PW150) went into the feather position and subsequently alternated between feather and unfeather position causing control trouble to the flight crew. Despite the trouble the crew managed to land the aircraft safely.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified the left hand propeller electronic control (PEC) was faulty and replaced the PEC.
