A LOT Polish Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration OY-YBY performing flight LO-781 from Warsaw (Poland) to Riga (Latvia) with 62 people on board, was in the initial climb out of Warsaw when the crew received indications the main gear and nose gear doors had remained open, stopped the climb at 6000 feet and returned to Warsaw for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

The indications were determined false.
