Lufthansa A321 near Izmir on Jun 1st 2018, electrical odour in cabin

The airline reported the aircraft diverted due to the development of an odour in the aft lavatory area, a short circuit is being suspected.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Izmir about 10 hours after landing.
