Mexico's CAA reported the occurrence rated an incident resulted in minor damage to the aircraft, an investigation has been opened.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 2 hours, then departed for the return flight. After landing in Cancun the aircraft remained on the ground for 11 hours before returning to service.
