Nippon Cargo B748 at Tokyo on Mar 16th 2018, dropped panel in flight

The airline reported a post flight inspection revealed part of a panel (about 0,9kg, size 0,38 by 0,25m, plastics) was missing from the aircraft. In response the airline initiated an inspection of all same size aircraft.
