The complete information released by the CIAIAC:

On Monday, December 18, 2017, at 10:30 UTC (coinciding with local time), there was an incident due to loss of separation between aircraft CL-600-2E25, registration EC-LOV, operated by Air Nostrum and that it came from the Tenerife North airport to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (GCLP), and a Spanish Army F18 military aircraft that was heading to the same destination.

The aircraft operated by Air Nostrum was maintaining FL040, having previously been instructed to do so, and following vectors to join the final approach to runway 03L of GCLP. The military aircraft was part (as a point) of a formation together with another F18 (leader) that had previously separated to perform each one their respective maneuvers of incorporation to the final approach to runway 03L of GCLP. The loss of separation between the civil and military aircraft (the point) occurred at FL040. The civil aircraft had a notice of TCAS RA on the rise, which it executed immediately, while the military aircraft made a descent.

According to data obtained from the radar trace, the separation at the moment of maximum proximity was 0.7 NM of horizontal separation and 300 ft of vertical separation.

After the incident both aircraft continued their respective flights without further news and there was no damage of any kind.
