The Canadian TSB reported: "Approximately 75 nautical miles North West of Thunder Bay, ON (CYQT), one of the flight crew members became incapacitated and was attended to by a physician who was travelling as a passenger. After 45 minutes, the pilot returned to the cockpit but did not resume their duties. The flight continued to destination and landed without further incident."
