A Swiss Global Airlines Bombardier C-Series CS-100, registration HB-JBB performing flight LX-464 from Zurich (Switzerland) to London City,EN (UK) with 36 passengers, was enroute at FL400 almost over Reims (France) about 200nm westnorthwest of Zurich when the crew decided to return to Zurich due to problems with the right hand elevator but advised they would be able to land normally. The aircraft landed safely back on Zurich's runway 16 about 80 minutes after departure. After landing the crew advised no further assistance was needed and taxied the aircraft to the apron.

The airline confirmed the aircraft returned to the failure of one of the elevators, the second elevator worked enabling the aircraft to remain fully under control. The 36 passengers were rebooked onto other flights.
