A S7 Sibir Airlines Embraer ERJ-170, registration VQ-BYB performing flight S7-3278 from Norilsk to Novosibirsk (Russia) with 76 passengers and 4 crew, was in the initial climb out of Norilsk when the crew reported a gear disagree indication following gear retraction. The crew decided to return to Norilsk where the aircraft landed safely.

Rosaviatsia as well as Norilsk's Transport Prosecution Office are looking into the occurrence.
