An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-175, registration C-FEJL performing flight AC-766 from Toronto,ON to Newark,NJ (USA) with 77 people on board, was departing Toronto's runway 24R when the crew experienced an uncommanded yaw to the left, suspected a tyre had blown and left the gear extended. At the same time the crew received a high oil temperature indication for the left hand engine (CF34). The crew declared PAN and returned to Toronto for a safe landing on runway 24L about 30 minutes after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported the occurrence is still being investigated by maintenance.
