A Trans States Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of American Airlines, registration N613AE performing flight AA-4364 from Jacksonville,FL to Washington National,DC (USA) with 56 people on board, was climbing out of Jacksonville's runway 08 when the crew upon contacting departure reported the gear was stuck down and requested to stop climb at 4000 feet. The aircraft entered a hold while the crew was working the checklists, then positioned for an approach to runway 08 and landed without further incident about 45 minutes after departure.
