A Sky Express Greece Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-500, registration SX-GRI performing flight GQ-30 from Athens to Paros (Greece), was preparing for departure, the right hand engine had been started and the right propeller was rotating when the propeller hit the hand and back of a ground handling worker. The worker received serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.

Greece's AAIASB rated the occurrence an accident and opened an investigation.
