The Canadian TSB reported shortly after takeoff from Kelowna the rudder trim went full right. The crew managed to maintain control of the aircraft, declared PAN and elected to continue to Vancouver. Maintenance replaced the aileron/rudder trim control panel and performed the related tests before returning the aircraft to service.
