A Cebgo Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration RP-C7256 performing flight DG-6273 from Caticlan to Cebu (Philippines), was in the initial climb below 1000 feet when the crew received fault messages for multiple systems, declared emergency, joined a left downwind for runway 06 and landed safely back on runway 06.
