A SAS Scandinavian Airliens McDonnell Douglas MD-81, registration OY-KHN performing flight SK-1676 from Berlin Tegel (Germany) to Copenhagen (Denmark), was climbing out of Berlin Tegel when the left hand air conditioning system failed and caused cabin pressure problems. Two flight attendants started to feel dizzy and use oxygen masks to recover. A few minutes later the crew was able to restore the left hand air conditioning system and continued the flight to Copenhagen for a safe landing.

The Danish Havarikommission reported the aircraft had been dispatched under minimum equipment list requirements with the right hand air conditioning system inoperative. As the occurrence happened in German Airspace, the German BFU is investigating (editorial note: the occurrence has not been mentioned in BFU monthly bulletins so far).
