A United Boeing 757-200, registration N17122 performing flight UA-152 from Newark,NJ (USA) to Stuttgart (Germany), was enroute over the Atlantic Ocean about one hour prior to reaching Ireland's coast when the captain became incapacitated due to illness. The two first officers on board completed the flight for a safe landing in Stuttgart about 3 hours later.

Germany's BFU reported in their monthly bulletin the captain became incapacitated about 3 hours prior to landing, the two copilots on board landed the aircraft safely.
