An American Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration N652AW performing flight AA-555 from Philadelphia,PA to Salt Lake City,UT (USA), was on final approach to Salt Lake City's runway 34R descending through 6000 feet when the crew reported they just hit birds. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 34R.

The FAA reported on Sep 8th 2015, that the aircraft received damage and a dent to the radome.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground 3 days later.
