A Lufthansa Cityline Canadair CRJ-900, registration D-ACNE performing flight LH-874 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Stavanger (Norway), was climbing out of Frankfurt when the crew stopped the climb at 6000 feet reporting the gear could not be retracted. The aircraft returned to Frankfurt for a safe landing about 40 minutes after departure.

A replacement CRJ-900 registration D-ACNA reached Stavanger with a delay of 2.5 hours.
