The airline reported the aircraft encountered unexpected short-term turbulence, four cabin crew received injuries and were taken to a hospital. The fasten seat belt signs were on, all passengers had their seat belts fastened, there were no injuries amongst the passengers.
The return flight BY-2335 reached Manchester with a delay of 3:15 hours.
