The West Siberian Transport Prosecution Office reported the aircraft touched down 65 meters ahead of the runway threshold and took out 12 approach and runway lights.
On Jul 1st 2013 Rosaviatsia reported the aircraft touched down 65 meters ahead of the threshold runway 19L. The aircraft received damage to fairings at the right hand forward main wheels and cuts to the right hand aft main wheels. 12 approach lights on runway 19L were taken out in addition to cables for communication and other damage on the ground. An investigation commission has been formed to investigate the occurrence.
Novokuznetsk features a runway 01R/19L of 2680 meters/8790 feet length and a runway 01L/19R of 2000 meters/6560 feet length.
