A Rossiya Airbus A319-100, registration EI-ETP performing flight FV-325 from Saint Petersburg to Kaliningrad (Russia) with 66 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Pulkovo Airport's runway 10R when the crew received indication the nose gear did not retract. The crew stopped the climb at 900 meters (2950 feet), worked the checklists and decided to return to St. Petersburg. The aircraft climbed to FL050 for about 10 minutes and landed safely on runway 10R about 30 minutes after departure.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration VQ-BDY reached Kaliningrad with a delay of 2 hours.
