A replacement Beech 1900 reached Trail with a delay of 2 hours.
The Canadian TSB reported that the after takeoff checklist had not been completely executed, the #1 constant torque on take off system remained active causing the inter turbine temperature to increase above normal cruise setting, which was misdiagnosed by the crew.
