A Jazz Canadair CRJ-200, registration C-GGJA performing flight QK-7895 from Thompson,MB to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 5 passengers and 3 crew, was descending through 15,000 feet towards Toronto when the crew received a "FLAPS FAIL" message. The crew worked the related checklists, declared PAN PAN, and prepared a zero flaps landing. The aircraft landed safely on Toronto's runway 23 at a higher than normal speed about 20 minutes after the "FLAPS FAIL" message.
