After the aircraft finally departed they needed to return about one hour after departure when it became extremely cold with the windows freezing over.
The airline denied there had been any brawl on the flight deck of the aircraft. The aircraft departed, but then there had been a problem with the temperature control of the aircraft's air conditioning system prompting the return to Paris. A new aircraft with a new crew took the passengers to Moscow.
A replacement A320-200 registration F-GKXJ reached Moscow with a delay of about 7 hours.
