The flight was cancelled.
The occurrence aircraft was still on the ground in Curacao about 48 hours after landing.
On Aug 9th 2019 the Canadia TSB reported the aircraft was in a left climbing turn when the crew heard a loud bang followed by vibrations of the airframe. The crew identified severe right hand engine damage associated with excessive ITT at the engine montoring page. The crew shut the engine down, declared emergency and returned to Curacao. A post flight inspection revealed no trace of fire or smoke and no obvious damage. Later minor damage was found to the aft section of the engine.
