A TUI Airlines Belgium Boeing 737-800 on behalf of Sunwing, registration OO-SRO performing WG-326 (dep Feb 17th) from Varadero (Cuba) to Ottawa,ON (Canada) with 190 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing through FL150 out of Varadero when the crew received indication of low pressure on the right hand engine (CFM56) hydraulic system B. The crew worked the related checklists and continued the flight. Descending towards Ottawa the crew received indication of low pressure on the ELEC 1 hydraulic system B and the associated systems read zero. The crew worked the related checklists again, declared PAN PAN and continued for a safe landing with flaps at 15 degrees. The aircraft taxied to the apron.
