A ground observer reported the aircraft looked quite tail heavy already when it taxied out. The acceleration of the aircraft during the takeoff run was very low, the aircraft began to rotate well below usual rotation speed, the crew rejected takeoff. The crew advised tower of a minimal technical problem, when tower inquired again about the reason for the rejected takeoff indicating they needed to submit a report, the crew advised they had a cargo shift. After unloading the cargo and re-loading the cargo the aircraft was able to depart later.
