An Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300, registration C-GSCA performing flight RV-1901 from Athens (Greece) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 241 passengers and 8 crew, was enroute at FL340 about 20nm north of Montreal,QC (Canada) when the crew received indication that all toilets were full. The crew declared PAN but did not request assistance on the ground and diverted the aircraft to Montreal for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported that the indication was found false.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 90 minutes, then continued the flight and reached Toronto with a delay of 2:20 hours.
