An American Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N951AA performing flight AA-1353 from Dallas Ft. Worth,TX to Albuquerque,NM (USA), was on final approach to runway 04 already in contact with tower when the captain called tower reported they had got an issue with one of the pilots, they were declaring emergency and requested medical crews meet the aircraft at the gate. The aircraft continued for a safe landing about 2 minutes later and taxied to the gate. Emergency services performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation for about 35-40 minutes but were unable to save the first officer's (58) life.
