An Air Canada Boeing 787-900, registration C-FNOE performing flight AC-84 (dep Aug 7th) from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Tel Aviv (Israel) with 298 people on board, was enroute at FL370 about 160nm west of Plymouth,EN (UK) when the crew reported a problem with the crew oxygen system and decided to divert to London Heathrow, where the aircraft landed safely on runway 27R about 45 minutes later.

The fault with the crew oxygen system was rectified and the aircraft departed London after about 3:20 hours. The aircraft reached Tel Aviv with a delay of 4.5 hours.

On Aug 12th 2016 the Canadian TSB reported the crew received an EICAS "CREW OXYGEN LOW" message, declared Mayday and diverted to London Heathrow for maintenance action.
