A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N155DL performing flight DL-164 (dep May 2nd) from Minneapolis,MN (USA) to Amsterdam (Netherlands), was enroute at FL370 about 170nm north of Moncton,NB (Canada) when the crew decided to divert to New York JFK,NY (USA) due to an engine filter indication. The aircraft landed safely on JFK's runway 22L about 105 minutes later.

The airline reported the flight diverted to New York due to a possible issue with an engine filter. The aircraft underwent maintenance, but when maintenance was completed the crew had run out of crew duty time. The remainder of the flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto other flights across the Atlantic.
