A Piedmont Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of American Airlines, registration N641AE performing flight AA-4801 from Richmond,VA to Philadelphia,PA (USA) with 50 passengers and 4 crew, was descending towards Philadelphia when the crew reported smoke in the cabin. The aircraft landed safely on Philadelphia's runway 09L and stopped on the runway. The passengers disembarked rapidly via stairs.
